Default MOP C-Line

This was an accident. I went into a beauty salon to get my hair cut. I saw another curly in the chair getting the worse cut I have ever seen in my life. Literally. She looked like she was going to cry. We stared at each other for a minute and I tried to will her up from the chair with my eyes , but I think the damage had already been done. As I was silently thanking her for inadvertently saving me from a hair disaster the lady at the counter asked me if I had an appointment and I lied and said "No, Maam , I was just looking for products.", which of course at this point I had to buy something. I spotted the full line of MOP products and saw the C-system . So I purchased the C-System hydrating conditioner. And because she was eye-balling me suspiciously like she knew I was Gabby scheduled for 3 pm, I bought the ABBA moisture sensation too Any feedback on either one of these? Oh, and I got out of there uncut

That was a smooth getaway! I haven't tried the C system so I can't give you any feedback. I've only tried the leave-in and I like that alot!

What? Was it only funny to me? I have an odd sense of humor but her making a clean getaway by buying products was funny. Especially when they probably KNEW she was the appt.

Ya, it was funny. I laughed at myself later too

So CurleeQ - You liked the leave-in? I tried it for awhile and I didn't really get the results I wanted with it. Leave-in's are strange for me, I think I do better with regular conditioner and some kind of styling creme. Right now I am loving Bouncy Creme even though it smells like deodorant But I am strange, I like that smell.

I just washed my hair and used the MOP C-System Hydrating Conditioner. It is very concentrated. I used a quarter size amount for each section of my hair (4 sections) and I found that was too much. So this is good as it costs 16.00 for a 10 oz bottle. It detangles wonderfully (finger combing and wide tooth combing) and left my hair really soft. There is hardly any smell to it, maybe a distant smell of mint but that is about it. I combed it through and put some bouncy creme over it. So far so good but my hair is still very wet, so I will post again when it is dry.

Oh that sounds good, I may have to try it. I have used the MOP Leave In but not the C line. I really loved the leave-in for a while but I haven't bought a new bottle yet.

LipGlassHoney

Ok, my hair is finally dry and I sorta like the results. It gave me excellent clumping and definition, but my hair looks dry. It doesn't feel dry, but looks dry. I don't know, my hair does best with oil based products. I was going to try ABBA moisture sensation but I couldn't stand the smell, so I returned it and got some KMS curl hydrator and curling balm. I have some Jessicurl samples coming also. I am turning into a total PJ. I think maybe I need to put myself into PJ jail for awhile

No prob! Yes, LipGlassHoney put me on the leave-in. Most of the leave ins I've used in the past have been watery, so I was impressed with the thick, creamy consistency of this product. I had stopped using it for a while but went back to it last weekend because I wanted to see if it could handle my hair with more length. It's still working. My hair LOVES creamy stuff!

MOP has a soft hold foaming gel that I want to try also.

I like creamy stuff also. It just feels better. Once my hair was fully dry with the MOP-C, it was just too dry looking. Oh well, back to the drawing board :P
