itsjustmeghan--I think we might be hair twins! My hair is perhaps a bit longer than yours but about the same color and from your photos, I think we have a very similar type of curl... I will say, however, that you don't have my very annoying cowlick, which is located on the back right side of my head!

I need to upload pictures soon...and when I do, I'll let you know!

i LOVE the curls in the back too! i just wish that i could get the front to curl like that! i wonder if my hair strands are thicker or something in the front...hmmm. i don't know!
but once i can throw them behind my shoulders, i'll be a happy camper!

i have to say, i clipped my hair up last night (my half-assed pineapple) and this morning, i made an attempt at second day hair. i mixed warm water, some elucence conditioner and one drop of honey in my spray bottle, shook around, and sprayed all over my hair.
i didn't have high hopes because my hair looked pretty rediculous after i took it out of the clips this morning.
because my front curls weren't lying right, i clipped them up on top of my head, scrunched and left he house.
the result?
really nice tight ringlets all over the back of my head! shiney, clumpy, and frizz free!!!

i was really surprised. i didn't think anything of my hair at all until a friend at work nudged me in a meeting to whisper to me that my curls looked really good today! so i went to the bathroom to check them out, and by golly, they DID look really good! almost better then first day hair!

all i can say is thank you, curlies! i owe this hair to all of the wonderful ladies on this board, all of the answers to my silly questions, all of the product suggestions, all of the encouragement, and all of the inspiration from your photos!
i couldn't have done it without you guys!

so thanks!
