Your hair looks great! I think I want some cornrows now.  I haven't had my hair in cornrows since the 6th grade, so I guess that would be very interesting to see.

It looks good! I prefer the natural to the relaxed by far, but both look great.
Question - is your name Carmen Jones, or do you just like the show? I ask because I played the role and I adore, adore, adore the show. I want to play it again at a more reputable house!

"Carmen Jones" is one of my favorite movies (the original with Dorothy Dandridge...that crap Beyonce did was hot garbage). And all my friends call me Carmen Jones.
My first name IS Carmen, but Jones isn't my last name.

I updated my album again! I'm 11 months natural and my hair is in excellent condition! No heat, no dyes, no chemicals. Just water and good hair products.
I was purposely trying to show length in these pics because I'm coming up on my Nappyversary and I'm still trying to see how far I've come. You all are welcome to see! Password is "carmenjones".

That's funny you say that because I consider Spiral my hair twin. Subbrock's hair is a lot glossier than mine. When my hair is dry, it looks nothing like hers!

I updated it AGAIN, this time to celebrate my Nappyversary! One year (April 1) of 100% natural hair with no heat and no chemicals, including color! I am loving my natural hair! One of the best decisions I've ever made in my life!
