blended beauty styling butter cream

has anyone tried this stuff and if so how do you use it?

i ordered some (it has yet to come) apparently because i had heard good things about some of her products. but i have no clue how to use this stuff when it comes, so any heads up would be appreciated. i emailed stacey and sent her pics of my hair and she said it would be good for shrinkage and it offers some sort of hold.

any feedback would help!

I apply these products the same way I used to apply gel.

I use the styling butter when I wear my hair slicked back to smooth my edges. I take about a dime size dollop rub it between my hands and smooth it on my hair.

I use her styling lotion when I wear my hair down. I apply it mostly on my ends, smooth what ever is left on my hands onto my canopy and then scrunch the product through my hair. You could probably apply the butter that way as well (although as I am thinking about it that application method is probably not the best for countering shrinkage )

I think both of these products work better on damp hair. The lotion on soaking wet hair, at least on my soaking wet hair, dries oily. The few time I have used the butter on my dry hair it too has left my hair oily. I get the best results from both products when I apply them to damp (towel dried) hair.

Let us know what you think about the product when you get a chance to try it. I really love this line and I hope it work well for you. BTW, your hair is looking quite lovely, it has grown a lot
