I am not about to throw money away! As PO'd as I was with the Mixed Chicks making my daughters hair a hot tangled mess, the frugal side of me thought, "HMMM..what was MC able to do?" Well, it did hold well. So, I thought about what other products I had lying around with "short comings" and I decided to mix the MC with the Blended Cutie Soft & Swirls" (or something like that name) and did a 3 part BCSS to 1 part MC. My daughter with her 3C Rachel True hair needs lots of moisture, but good hold because her hair will get big and poofy..and EUREKA! Her hair looks the bomb de bomb diggity!!

Thanks to all who reccommended the GIOVANNI 50/50!! That stuff LOVES her hair. It gets so moisturized, soft and beautifully silky!!! I co-washed her hair with that, then I used the KNOT TODAY as a leave in and worked through her hair section by section..Then, I put the Blended/MC mixture in her hair and worked it and elongated it. After that was said and done, I diffused to from the roots and left her hair about 3/4 dry and her hair looks lovely, soft, hydrated and fabulous.

I decided to two strand twist it for tonight, so she can wear it down tomorrow at kindergarten. I mixed some Carol's daughter hair butter with some of this olive oil gloss shine and concentrated on her ends then I two stranded it. I checked after a few hours to see how it was doing and it is doing very well...

It really is a learning process. No products should go to waste after experimenting with them. I am realizing that you have to make use of this stuff once you bought it unless it is truly bad.
