Short hair is the bomb.
If growing it out wasn't such a biatch, I'd chop it all off again. I've been seeing a lot of short curly hair these days and it's making me want to chop. But I promised myself I would let my hair grow as long as possible before I chopped it again.

Your hair will look very nice short.
Right now I am still on the fence but leaning towards the short look. I am getting it cut above the shoulder this week and will decide after that if I want to go shorter.
I like Jade's cut, too. Is that how you want your hair? It is similar to your BC look. I am thinking about the Debbie Allen look because I like to have a little hair frame my face.

i love the top eva is wearing in the second pic! too sharp! why does nicole murphy epitomize beauty  it should be unlawful to be that gorgeous!
glad to see short hair having its moment in the spotlight! it really brings out the beauty of curly hair and the ladies attached to it IMO.

Of course all of the curlies here have gorgeous hair! That is a given. I have been stalking their albums too for ideas. If I decide to go with one of your styles I will PM you to ask permission to take a picture to the stylist. 
I like hair that frames my face and most of the pictures of short hair I see with hair texture like mine, the hair goes away from the face and is combed back. Do you think it is possible for someone with my texture to get hair that frames my face?
I really want to cut it short! I cut about 10 inches off a few pieces in the front and I LOVED how the little curls curled up. It looked like a different head of hair.
Portae, when are you thinking of cutting yours?

There are some short hair pictures, long hair and in-between medium length hair of all lengths in this link. Plus, 80% of it is highly textured hair. Maybe it will help you in the decision making process.

Oooh, I like her hair cut.
We have totally different textures but I wonder if I can get my hair shaped similar to that. I guess I would have to use a brush to make my hair clump into waves instead of individual curls. Anyone know if this shape would work on my hair?
ETA: I showed my fiance the picture and he thought that she was me and asked me when did I have my hair that short.

I have been looking on that site, too. There are some nice curly hair there. I wish that the owners styled hair better. Most of their styles are cookie-cutter and outdated jerri-curlish.
I was going to pick up some curly pudding since Susu had such beautiful results with it. I got to the salon that sells it in my area and it was $38. I remember when they first started it was $20. Every few years they raise the price. Totally not worth that much.
