Hey my felloe curlies,
So this is a wierd topis, I guess but I just wondered how different 3c hair looks from different places. I was talking to my friend, and we realized that people with a huge diverse background usually end up with curly hair. Of course, thats not always the case. Her I'll start:
My Mom is of german, scottish, and namibian descent and my father is half cape verdae and half portuguese. Here are a few pictures of my hair:
Sorry my pictures are so humongous, I cant seem to change the size. But yea so just tell us where you're from and if you can post some pics!

Maybe we are DISTANT relatives, LOL. My Mom is part Carib too. She's Black, from St. Kitts (Caribbean) and there's also some portuguese in there. My father is African American. He's says we have a tad bit of Cherokee in us (which is believable because of his features) but I refuse to tell people that, LOL. Every Black person in America claims to have Cherokee in their blood. I'm perfectly happy saying he's/we're all Black.

HAHAHAHA that is so true, my dad said the same thing! at least she knows what type of native american
Im from good ole Georgia. Family is all over the ATL, literally..
I'm just black. everyones got the white mans blood in them.
Lol...well I'm a lot less interesting. I'm black. My maternal grandfather is half white and my paternal great grandmother is half white, thats where I think I get my 3c curls from. I'm also part Cherokee, but that's a claim held by many African Americans in North Carolina so I don't know how accurate that is.

Hey there now! I'm black. My parents are both black people. I was born in the US of A...LOL On my maternal grandmother's side, we have caribbean blood. My grandmother's father was from the island of Montserrat, in the West Indies, and she raised me up with that Caribbean strictness and impressed upon me respect and good manners. I personally have never been there though. It's funny but, every time I try to plan a trip there, the volcano erupts. I don't think it wants me there. It never fails. LOL
I also have that caucasian/ indian admixture thing going back a few generations, but so many people do whose ancestors have been here for generations. It's very common. My dad's side is a whole other story.
