How to daily moisturize my hair

Hi,

My hair is really dry. I have tried many different products to moisturize it but they only leave my hair greasy and I don't see any improvement.

I'm looking for a product I can use everyday on my curls.
Does anyone know a product that really works and don't grease the hair?

I should mention as well I'm living in UK, so it would be great if this product could be available here (cos I noticed most of the products referenced here are unfortunately not sold in UK, or at least not where I live) or if I could order it on internet .

do you use any natural oil or you prefer something you can buy from the store?
i suggest jojoba oil non greasy and make ur hair manageable or try a leave in conditioner,personally i prefer oils it is more about what your hair love!

Have you tried anything in the Organix line (available at Boots) - particularly the coconut? It's not entirely CG, iirc, but I've always found it's a perfect level of moisture for my hair, which, like yours, needs moisture but not too much or it gets oily. Naked's conditioners are also about right as well.

Also, if you have a Regis salon nearby, they do a house-brand of curl conditioner that's just right as well. My local one had them on clearance at £2 a bottle (300 ml) - definitely worth a try.

I know a lot of people have luck with various house brands of conditioners (Tesco's coconut springs to mind), but I've not had the chance to test them out yet as I've got a glut of stuff to work through first.

I know you said that what you've tried has made your hair greasy. My hair is very dry and I just started using coconut oil every night on my ends and canopy and it's made a huge difference. My hair is softer and feels healthier.

I've read that nearly any brand of ccno is fine, but that extra virgin unrefined is the purest form. There are differences of opinion on that also. I use Nutiva brand. My Whole Foods carries Nutiva, but not the smallest (15 oz.) jar, so I ordered online from vitacost.com. Regular supermarkets also carry ccno.
