Default Fantasia IC Gel

I know a lot of people use this gel to slick back their hair back in ponies and buns, but has anyone had sucess doing a wash n go with this product and does it define curls?

Feel free to post all your thoughts about the product.

Thumbs up Fantasia IC Gel -Pretty good!

I used Fantasia IC Gel to define my curls and it worked pretty well. I have 3c hair. The hold was like medium to strong hold. I thought it worked well.

i like fantasia ic gel for wash n gos too. i dont really use gel anymore, but of i do, its this gel. and its the reason why i never repurchased KCCC. same look and results for a fraction of the price.

*At first it worked very well for my washngos, good at clumping, defining and holding without crunchiness and min frizz. But, then the TEA and Wheat Protein reared their ugly heads and dried my hair out even with the best of my leave-ins and extra moisture. I didn't mind so much at first because I misted my hair thruout the day. But, I have since then cut down on misting because of high dew points and glycerin in my leave-in and hair being too wet all day long when misting, so IC Fantasia got the permenant boot. That homemade Aloe Vera Jojoba Gel works better on my hair. I don't miss IC Fantasia at all.

*I'm mostly a 4a with some 3c and tiny amount of 4b. However, when this gel worked, it did so thruout all textures, and better on the 3c and 4b sections as my 4a is practically str8 hair with very little coiling on ends and zero curls. I think this gel ultimately failed because my hair is very porous and it has two potentially drying ingredients if your hair is sensitive to them.

i use it. i lke it alot it hink it defines curls really well. my only complaint is that when i use it with a conditioner (which i do not rinse out) i see little white flakes throughout my hair....it looks weird...but not weird enough to where i would stop using it =]

I like it a lot when I first started using it. The only negative thing for me tho was I would use HE as a leave-in and then apply Fantasia IC Gel, and I would get this white residue that was not cute. As a matter of fact, I used Fantasia Sunday b4 church...hoping I would not get the residue and did...being that I was late for church, I didnt have time to wash my hair out and went to church with areas of white all throughout my hair

I love Fantasia IC. I mix in some jojoba oil and aloe vera so the hold isn't so hard. I get as far as fourth day hair. After I'm done with this jar of KCCC, I'm going back to it. KCCC is expensive, and the results are nice, but I get the same look with the FIC.

I have used it. It works fine for my wash and gos - curls very defined, etc. I'm currently using ecostyler though, and I'm finding I'm grabbing for the ecostyler way before grabbing for the fantasia. It's not that fantasia isn't good -it's really just a matter of preference for me right now. Since I'm a PJ, that can certainly change at any moment.

I agree with this that's why I won't be buying anymore KCCC.
