Default 3C or 4A??

Hey guys! I have been debating if I am a 3C or a 4A? Sorry if you all see these posts a lot! Here is a link to my fotki (no password needed)

You're DEFINITELY 3c. I'm 4a and my curls aren't half as loose as that, lol.

Wow, really? 3B? I was way off!! lol! I definitely think my lower layers particularly at the back (impossible to photograph, I tried but just could not get it) might be more in the 4 range because it's fluffy and cottony no matter what I do and has these little tiny dental floss looking curls. I kind of wish I could just have one type all over but I guess I am a range of types!

Regarding the bolded - welcome to my world

Actually many if not most curlies have 2-3 different curl types on their head. I agree that you look like a 3B/3C. Very pretty hair BTW!

Wow, not alone on that; I gave up altogether. It's still confusing, even with all the research. To the original poster, your hair looks like a 3B/3C. Just wish I could type myself as easy as I can type others.

You look like a 3c/3b. Its okay to have 2 or more textures in the same head. I'm 3c/ 4a and some 3b. Guess what? I hit up ALL those boards. LOL
