Hello Sorry for the delay. I had an unexpected visitor and am just getting back to my computer.
The results from Arc Angel are A+. I do like it even MORE than I liked the regular Angell. The regular stuff holds a bit too lightly. Arc Angell has a better hold, yet my hair is still not crunchy.
Here is a very messy picture of my curls after they have been slept on and thrown up in a messy bun. I'm sorry I don't have a foto from last night, but TRUST me, this stuff works!
My exact routine for this look: ( I do everything with my head flipped forward)
Wash hair with only Suave Aloe Vera Conditioner. Rake fingers through hair until all tangles are out. Rinse completely with clear water.
Mix about 1 tbsp of honey in a small peanut butter jar with shower water.
Rake about a quarter size dollop of Deva Care One Condition through hair. Pour the honey water slowly over head, making sure to get all my hair even though this is a small amt. of water.
Palm-scrunch my hair to distribute honey water and get rid of excess wetness.
Palm-scrunch a palmful of Curl Keeper into hair.
My hair is still pretty wet. I try not to scrunch very much. Then I step out of the shower an "plop" with a cotton t-shirt. Leave on for 20 minutes.
Put 2 quarter-size dollops of Arc Angell in my palms and rub hands together. While standing up straight, gently scrunch the Angell into my hair. I sort of lean over from side to side to make sure I get to all areas (I have thick hair).
Then air dry while moving as little as possible. I don't diffuse because that gives me tighter curls and too much volume.
That's it. Hope it helps

Great to hear that your beautiful hair turned out even more beautiful. I bet you get lots of compliments. Thanks for giving us your routine. One more question, if you don't mind. Is this your normal usual routine( sans the Arc Angell) that resulted in those beautiful curls in your photos? Thanks again.

JerseyCurl~ Yep, this is my usual routine, providing I have all the ingredients. I think at some point I was out of gel, but my photos have captions telling what I used. Feel free to PM me or write more questions here.
HockeyMom~Thanks for the compliments I hope my routine works out for you!

Thanks, I am definately going to try your routine. One more question (last one for now I promise ), How often do you do this routine, daily, every other day, etc.? Thanks again and did I mention that I loooove your hair!

After I do all of this, my hair can look good for a 2-3 days with just some light re-wetting with wet hands. If I didn't love having my hair pulled back in a ponytail so much, I could probably have 3rd day hair, easily. But I just don't like having my hair on my neck.
I only do this routine a couple times a week. I work at home and so don't feel the need to waste my oh-so-expensive products when the only people who will see me are at the grocery store I save it for the weekends, mostly.
Thanks again for your sweet compliments. I'm glad you like my curlssss!!!

hmmm good point about the products. The only people that see me are my S.O. just before bed and the mail person, oh and my dogs. They all know what crappy hair looks like from me.
I never thought of it that way

My inner pj might be forcing me to buy this. I ran out of BRHG a few days ago. I tried Set Me Up for the past few days, and it's just not working. Silly me, thinking I would actually be able to get away with using a cheap haircare product!

I was trying not to purchase anymore products but I'm in this same boat also! Out of BRHG, don't like Set Me Up and desperately want to try this...but don't want to spend the money...guess I will have to break down anyway

Another rave here for Arc AnGell! I have tried an embarrassingly long list of cream + gel combos, and they have all worked about the same (or been good for a day or two, but then inconsistent).
I've been using Pink Boots + Arc AnGell for weeks now, and I'm always happy with the results. This may be my HG combo (but you know I've got to keep trying others, JUST IN CASE...).

WAAAAHHH! Why doesn't it work for me??? *sniffle*pout*sniffle* I really, really want to like it, but I have to use sooooo much (at least twice as mich as other gels, if not more) and I get no shine at all. My hair comes out all crazy looking. I get volume, but not in a good way... it's like each curl wants to go in its own direction. And my hair doesn't feel nice with it. Usually it's really soft and smooth, but it feels kind of rough and coated with AA.

Yep just in case! I haven't tried boots with it yet, I'll have to do that! Boy it's nice to find something that gives consistent good hair days. I tell you I thought I was the styling impaired for a while there

i just got a bottle of this today! i'm so excited to try it. i wasn't looking for a gel at all, but i had heard people that normally don't say "HG" saying it about this product, so i had to try it.
so it's 10:30pm, i'm going to bed with elucence conditioner in my hair which is wrapped in a tshirt. tomorrow bright and early, i'll wet/rinse it out, rake through a little elucence or one c as my leave in (haven't decided which yet), then i'll scrunch in arc angell and SIF.
i've been doing this routine with PM super sculpt (not conditioning overnight, but same product routine each morning when i want fresh curls), and my hair has been pretty awesome.
i'm hoping this HG will take me over the top to perfection!!!
hey....i can dream!~

Bailey it's sure different than say B&A and Aura gel. If I use too much of AA I get a coated feeling. My hair loves it , it just springs up with it. I use Elucence under it. If I use B'leave in under it I'm even curlier with good clumps but my hair is dry with that.

how much do you guys put in your hair?
i put in 2 nickel sized blobs this morning, and my hair isn't the curliest...and it's kinda stringy instead of clumpy...
i want this one to work, so i'm going to play with the amounts a bunch, but guidance would be nice!
