I had to choose fall because that's the only season here that isn't rainy (spring), humid (winter) or windy (summer). If I were to never leave the house, it would be the same year-round. But once I step out the door and have to deal with the elements...

Winter would be 2nd best because I can use products to counteract humidity. And on spring days that it's not rainy, I'm fine. (Here in California we get all our heavy rains in the spring, often back-to-back storms.)
