Thanks all for your input. I'm not one to jump into things like this without investigating thoroughly, so I'm really on the fence about this. I've decided that instead of doing a cleanse, I'm going to just modify my diet (more fruits, veggies) and increase my fiber intake to see if that makes me feel any better. I lean more towards the belief that we do accumulate old waste, but I do think that the right lifestyle will minimize that. TMI alert: I once had a CT scan done on my abdomen AFTER I had gone to the bathroom and the doc felt the need to remark that I had a LOT of debris, let's say, left inside. I have been eating more healthy and exercising well, so I just want a "clean slate."
