I have been taking psyllium powder on and off since the spring; lately been taking it regularly for the last 2 weeks. Any "recipes" to make it more palatable? I was mixing it with soy milk but it gels very quickly. Now I take it with room temp. water, but I end up gagging by the last couple of gulps. Mixing into a smoothie is cool but time consuming! I prefer the powder to the pill.
