I microwave a cup of water and mix in about 2 tablespns of honey and pour it in a spray bottle. I cond wash, then saturate my hair with the honey mix--dont wash it out and put in leave-in cond. and then put my gel in and plop for 15 min. I love how my hair comes out. I let my hair air dry.
hey--i am going to try this, but does the honey separate from the water once it cools? does it clog the spray bottle? I've ruined a few sprayers trying to get conditioner to mix w water. i am very happy with my hair's behavior this summer--minimal frizz thanks to all the great info on these forums...
