If you're not even consistent, then it was too easy for you.

I would write up a new routine that's more intense, and try that for a week. See how your body reacts and take it from there.

It's a good idea to write it all out and stick it somewhere, like on your fridge, and update as you make changes. Even if you're not consistent or sometimes go off on a tangent doing a different routine (this is what I tend to do), you still have a record of what you're supposed to be doing.
