Yeah, I think I will come up with a different routine. How do I do that without having a weight set of some sort? My legs get tone pretty well when I do cardio, but what do I do about the upper body? How do I know when it's enough if I feel fatigued with my current routine? Sorry for all the questions, I just really don't know much about weight training at all.
