sticking with it. For your rountine, and eating healthy too. How do you stay focused, not give up, not get bored, and have fun? Or is having fun something not easily accomplished???
I'm not having a problem with the excercising, just the eating. I'm lazy, and it's just too easy to run to the nearest fast food place, and grab something. I don't even like the food, it's just too easy to get. How do I get into the habit of eating healthy, making it easy, and ENJOY it? I just really struggle with this.
Also I just thought it would be fun to start a thread (inspired by one on the general discussion board
) where we all could give any tips on what keeps you going, things to make being healthy easier. TIA
