Fenugreek can be bought as a powder. It is often used to promote hair growth. One way to use it is to mix with warm coconut milk, place on the scalp and hair and leave for about 2 hours.
However, I usually mix it in my ayurvedic pastes on weekends and leave on for as long as I like. My pastes usually consist of amla, brahmi, neem, cassia, maka and fenugreek powders. I then add my warm hibiscus tea (with coconut milk mix in) and mix everything until it becomes a smooth paste. HTH!

You can also take fenugreek orally - I picked up some supplements last night (which are capsules and I also got the powder out to make a paste, lol!)...randomly it's also supposed to increase bust size. Here's hoping!

Thanks Blessedhime! Do you find that the Hibiscus tea paste helps you detangle your hair? I'd try the coconut milk but I think that might be too much protein for my hair.

@Ellepixie I've got to many big breasted friends to want bigger boobs They go through hell trying to buy bras and just be comfortable in general lol. I'm not even opening my mouth when I apply the paste to my hair.

AmberBrown, I find that the hibiscus tea softens up my hair but my detangling usually the night before so that when I apply my ayurvedic paste, I don't have to deal with tangles. This works for me.
