I wear twistouts a lot but if I could achieve that without them I would.

I would, without the earrings. Although I prefer my hair in a bun (boring, I know), I've worn this style to work plenty of times. Just keep it out of your face if you work with customers.

Of course I would! I already where it similar to that.
What's wrong with it?

Nothing to me. But it is rather large. And given what my boss said to me recently (as posted on another thread I started), maybe it's not considered work-appropriate.

Wow, I too, thought modeling schools were supposed to be fashionable, and would be open to people having their own style. For the picture above, I wear my hair in a similar fashion often. My wash-n-gos tend to look like that after a few days. I may pin one side up a bit, or wear a headband, but the hair is out, big and all. So far, I have not received any comments from my employers, and I’m sad to hear you got such comments.

Yes! because that is how I currently wear my hair if not bunning or wearing a ponytail. Everyone at work loves my hair, especially one white co-worker who rent out and got a CURLY perm in an attempt to mimic my hair--lol. My curls a bit more defined, but yep, that's my daily hair right there. Make sure to twist, braid or put in a pony at the end of the day or else you'll be sorry!

Is Afroveda hosting a Birthday Sale this Year?
IIRC, last year I purchased my first Afroveda product during an August birthday sale. Will there be another such sale this year? Otherwise, I'm going to have to do without due to substantial increase in price--sigh.
I need enough to last until Black Friday for three all natural heads.

Yes and I do
Hi! The style in the pic is how I usually wear my hair. My hair is about 2 to 3 inches shorter than the models, but the style is the same.
I will also share that I'm the head person in my department so no one can really say anything anyway
