Default Breakage

I am seriously tired of my hair falling out. Every time I mess with it I always find little tiny curls on the floor and I'm getting annoyed. Anyone know of any products I can use to help lessen or completely stop the breakage?

is your hair dry?....shea butter and lots of deep treatments helped my hair in both dryness and breakage.

Also you may be manipulating your hair too much

I agree with bowwow94. You may need to increase the frequency of your DC. I jumped on the AOHSR bandwagon last month for my DC's and I've experienced less shedding and lose fewer hairs when detangling.

Thank you girls. I've tried shea butter, but that doesn't work on my hair, but you're probably right about the DC. I haven't done that much.

I am curious, what is your current regimen. Before you start adding products, what are you currently doing?

My hair used to experience that as well.
What helped me was:
-Doing more deep conditioning treatments (once-twice-three times a week)
-Moisturizing my hair daily with moisturizers and oils
-Protein treatments (once every two weeks or once a month)
-Keeping my hair in twists and covered with a satin scarf every night

good luck!
