Default (Blank) saved my hair....

Hello all

I'm fairly new here and am enjoying the reading and knowledge.

With so many products, methods, mixes amongst us, I want to know what 1 or 2 things "saved" your hair. (Hope this wasn't already done too recently!)

For me...

Coconut oil and sleeping with a plastic cap saved my hair.

My hair is dry, coarse and color treated; the more moisture I keep, the softer and more manageable my hair is.

1) Elucence Moisture Balancing Conditioner. It is probably THE best conditioner I have ever used. Very moisturizing and excellent detangler.
2) Qhemet moisturizers! I still cannot believe how soft and moisturized my hair is with the BRBC and AOHC. It's been so difficult for to find that one perfect leave-in until now!

Without a doubt...

1. Detangling brushes with largely spaced bristles i.e. Denman and another generic (all plastic) brush I have {found here: http://www.sallybeauty.com/tunnel-br...efault,pd.html }

That's about it, the rest of my hair care routine has been pretty solid. But without those I had unbearable breakage, matting, and often times I gave up on detangling all together.
