I'm a fine low density 4a/3c. My hair doesnt mind protein but not in large doses. My hair doesnt like hardcore proteins like karetin, collagen, and silk amino acids. It likes plant based proteins like soy and wheat. My hair loves moisture and can be fluffed out to look thicker than it really is. My hair doesnt like to be manipulated too much, and doesnt really tangle alot or get single strand knots. My hair is another one that wash and goes get better with age. I've found certain herbs like rosemary help reduce shedding and make my hair appear thicker. So does henna but it messes with my curl patturn.
