What is Kim Love's (kimmaytube) hair type?
Here is her lastest update video:
www.youtube.com/watch?v=FgzGIbXQUFA
She's a 4a with some slight 4b going on.
She's a 4a/b that doesn't use chemicals but certainly sniffs em.
- don't let everybody elses long straight weave bum you out. don't let other people's big/long natural hair bum you out either. embrace what you have and rock it with confidence, because that's the only way you'll be happy. and whether you realize it or not you are somebody's influence. show them what it truly means to be confident.

Interesting...I don't watch hair vids, so this is the first I've seen of her...her hair looked 4B until the ends and then it looked like it might even be a 3c. But I know hair looks very different when wet. Does anyone know how often she cuts her hair and how long she's been natural? I've actual never seen anyone measure hair length when their hair was wet. But then again, I don't watch hair vids much so maybe ppl do that in vids? It kinda looks like her hair needs to be cut in this video IMO, but maybe that's just how her hair looks.

She doesn't really "cut" her hair. She just trims knots when neccessary she says. People have commented on the fact that her hair looks sort of "worn" in the past.

I think her hair is definitely mainly 4a because in other videos where her hair is dry after a wash the curls look pretty small. If she does have any 3c, it's not much.

Kimmay is smart but she isn't a genius. She is a girl who knows a bit about everything but doesn't master one topic in particular. Her hair advice never took into consideration genetics, environment, and stress and hormones. She is not a Doctor. I am unimpressed. I study Genetics and Biochemistry and most of my adult family members are Medical Doctors. For Kimmay to distribute her "advice" as fact is disturbing. She isn't credible. Am I the only one that feels she should take a cosmetology course? Let's face it, Kimmay you get your information from Google. Kimmay is not a cosmetologist, she is not an endocrinologist, she is not a dermatologist, therefore she should humble herself just a bit.

Sorry for going on and on. Even if I said this on her youtube page she would just block me. And as narcissistic as I believe she is I am sure she will come read this blog.
