Default herbal essence has changed their ingredients

Thats right!!! You guessed it...They have a brand new line coming out in January, and they discontinued my favorite "Breaks Over"..The good news is that they have made "Hello Hydration" even more moisturizing..I don't know how they've done that..Also their website use to include the ingredients of the products..Well guess what??? they changed that to....They have a brand new product that's called "touchably smooth"..Its suppose to be a silkening product....Just thought I give a heads up to everyone who uses herbal essence

Hmmm....I'll leave the judgment until it comes out. I guess I can now spare $5 to get the jumbo sized bottle at walmart if they're changing the formula.

I bought a bottle of totally twisted a couple of weeks ago and noticed that it's not the same at all. They added behentrimonium methosulfate but it didn't perform the same and the fragrane is different. I think all of them have some form of silk in them.

Here's the differences
Old ingredients: Water, steryl alcohol, cetyl alcohol, stearamidopropyl dimethylamine, lavender extract, crassula argentea extract, glutamic acid, fragrance, bis-aminoprpopyl dimethicone, benzyl alcohol, edta, citric acid, methylchloroisothiazolinone, methylisothiazolinone, ext. violet 2.

New ingredients: Water, stearyl alcohol, behentrimonium methosulfate, wild cherry fruit extract, orchid extract, corn silk extract, fragrance, cetyl alcohol, bis-aminopropyl dimethicone, benzyl alcohol, dicetyldimonium chloride, disodium edta, methylchloroisothiazolinone, methylisothiazolinone, red 33, blue 1.

That corn silk extract is new....I think they did add it to all their products....I'll give it a try since I've been using their products now for over a year and my hair is been fine with it...If it don't work, I can use the Organix Coconut milk conditioner..That's good stuff also...

I don'r know how they could even call that conditioner by the same name but.... i think I like the new ingredients better. contitioners with BTMS tend to be more smoothing to my hair and the corn silk. I may have to stop by target

hello hydration has sodium hydroxide in it now...Its probably just as a perservative or something like that...But nevertheless, it makes me a little nervous...

In this case its basically a ph adjuster. It's in the hydralicious conditioners and my hair has fared fine...no issues at all.

I'm a Drama Clean lover so I'm going to have to take a look at the ing's on that one. I don't know what I'll do if my beloved HE doesn't mesh with my hair any longer. I seriously might lose it... I've been using them consistently for about 2 years now.

Bumping to see if anyone else has tried the new versions... I'm going to DIE if Hello Hydration doesn't work for me. It makes frizz impossible and makes my coarse hair feel soft.

OMG, I still haven't tried any of the new versions... I'm so scared now.

Seriously guys, I don't know what I'll do if I can use this anymore. NO products works for me like HE, its the basis to everything after it. I'm so scared. But like I said, I think my sister got me a basket of it for Xmas so I'll be able to try them all.

Herbal Essences is not for me. It makes my forehead break out like nobody's business. I'd JUST gotten it clear again and a trial of Hydralicious had cystic acne and zits all over the place. I nearly burst into tears

nooooo! I LOVE HH, i've been using it for over a year now! I guess I'll have to buy all the old versions I can find! I hate when companies claim to be 'improving' their products, but actually makes it worse!

Oh yes dear, I've tried it and DID NOT like it...Now if anyone out there want to try it, thats fine, it might work for you...But I'm telling you, you will not get that slip like you use to get....I have no idea why a company changes stuff that the majority of the people like, thinking they're making an improvement...How dare these people!!!!
