i don;t like that bullsh*t ass story on the jars about dr.miracle being a black man who was raised in a house full of black women and was inspired to make these products. the company was created and is run by asians -_-.

oh yea, and that feel it formula crap. who you foolin?! you think i'm gonna think this sh*t is something special b/c you mixed some peppermint/eucalyptus oil in there?!

When CD went into mass production after being sold in Sephora, the products seemed different to me. I'm not sure of the ingredients were changed or what. I didn't read ingredient lists like I do now. The price went up too and that was that for me.

My problem with MJ is similar. Way too much flippin' money for what's on the label.

I used CD back in 2002 when I was first starting to go natural and I loved her products. They've changed over the years - they are not like they used to be.

Wow! I did not know that about Blended Beauty.

Just based off of marketing I refuse to purchase:

Miss Jessie's
Mixed Chicks
...and now Blended Beauty

I hate to say but I will repurchase Afroveda's carrot seed bar but anything else...nope.

Ok, I've never seen a Dr. Miracle ad, but I won't be buying that either. Ugh.

at the above.

You clearly haven't seen those ridiculous commercials on BET about how the woman with the unkempt hair needs a miracle. You would really want to meet Dr. Miracle in the street LOL.

Of course I haven't seen them, I don't watch BET! I looked up some on YT though - that is a MESS! That's like way worse than the Motions "Get Your Pretty" commercials. Just...ew!

Oh yea definitely add Motions to my list. And Profectiv! Ew.

<RANT>
I refuse to ever repurchase Afroveda. After it took 1.5 MONTHS to receive my first order; that was it for me. I never reordered.

First off, I sent ole girl an email that she never responded to. Secondly, it's the principle. You sat on my money for 2-3 pay periods and couldn't be bothered to send the products out?! Meanwhile you already paid one of your utility bills with my money?! That is unacceptable and HORRIBLE customer service.

I just ordered my class ring, which is custom made. It will be mailed to me in 4-5 weeks. But that's STILL sooner than I would EVER receive an Afroveda order; which is made from some base bull$#!+!!! It's not like you actually mixing $#!+ (like I initially thought). You are lying to people and just taking your sweet time--meanwhile your Christmas gifts have already been purchased with other people's hard-earned money! GTFOHWTBS! (And I don't even curse like that...)

Deva, because I hate the smell, and KCCC, because it sits on my type 2 hair like so much goo.

The only one I can think of off the top of my head is Dr Miracle, for the same reasons ya'll mentioned above.

Perhaps also Afroveda and Miss Jessies because of the pricing
