Me too.

I currently only have a wide toothed comb to detangle with. It works perfectly fine but, I don't think it gets the "shed" hairs. I literally had 0 hair on the comb today, but if I run my fingers through I'll occasionally get a few hairs stuck on my hands.

I'm wondering what difference it will make for me to use a brush. I had to throw out my old one - it fell apart, I've had it for years! So I have a decent excuse to get this... You all are some serious enablers though!

If I use a condish with some slip, I have no problems detangling. It seriously takes me like 2 minutes. I'm wondering if there would be any difference for me between this or a regular/Denman type brush? My hair is currently too short to form any tangles, but I know it will be a problem with time since I am growing it out.

Picked up a black and a pink one this evening. Had them on hold since they were the last two in stock. I got conflicting reports from the Sally's stores. Two said they were being discontinued from selling and the 3rd said it was just a matter of ordering again and seeing what the warehouse had. Don't know what to say on that or who was telling the truth, just wanted to report it to you all.

They look flimsy. Hope my hair doesn't break them, lol. Can't wait till Sunday to try it out.

I'm in two-strand twists, for about another 2 weeks also. Yep...my hair will be the ultimate test.

Will do!

My hair has been alternating between a ponypuff and a "free-for-all" 'fro for the past 2 weeks.... if this TT survives my hair, I want to buy stock in the company!

ALL week my hair has been SO much better and i know it's because of the tangle teezer and a good detangling!!

NEA my hair is the tough stuff and the tangle teezer worked fine. the key is finding the right amount of hair to detangle. for me this wasn't a divide my hair in fours and detangle kind of party, i did much smaller sections.

I washed my hair in preparation for my weekly henna treatment and I used the Tangle Teezer. I must say that it really works! Someone said in an earlier post that they thought that they had missed their hair and I know exactly what they meant! It really does glide right through your hair! My hair in the back of my head is usually very hard to detangle without some pain. The Tangle Teezer glided right through it and I wentover that section twice to make sure! It actually made adding my henna easier. Usually I have to section my hair into 10 or 12 sections to get good coverage but this time my hair sectioned much easier (6 sections) and the henna really seemed to cover my hair better. I used the Tangle Teezer again when I DT'd and rinsed. I used it AGAIN when I added my stylers and put my hair back into a bun. This thing is a keeper. I'm going back to get the black one.

l0l..i know..i'm a retard..

...now on to my first reaction. I was skeptical like many when i took it out the package and felt how...flimsy..i guess u could say it seems to be.

I only tried it on a section of hair..well actually two sections with two different curl patterns lumped together and..OMG!
What the eff have i been doing with my life!?

Can't wait to try this out on my whole head. I almost ran around the house speaking in tongues.

I used it for the first time tonight and it was absolutely amazing, well worth the money. It cut a 40-45 minute detangle session down to 10 minutes, while losing only half the amount of hair I usually lose.
The only trick for me was trying to figure out the best way to get the sides of my hair, because the tangle teezer didn't work as well at certain angles. But overall, I will never go back to using a comb or denman, there is simply no comparison.

I saw a YouTuber combing thru her hair first. I can't see that. What would be the point? That's another step. The goal for me is to detangle with one tool. If I have to comb thru first, I won't be happy.
