See... I can't judge for the more porous ppl because how I OC'd was using CJ AFG + CIAB. CIAB is a serum and so you're decieved by its potency, but its potent and loaded with moisture.

ok so my hair is white lol

As soon as I added the OHHB my hair turned a little white, even before the gel was added. Once I added the gel it turned even whiter. I think it will eventually fade so Im not worried.

Im sure most have noticed this , but eco styler gels are heavy. My bangs are darn near wavy/straight in the front. It sure elongates the hair. I know though by the morning they will be above my eyebrow though

less than a pea size per section , its actually mostly faded in now. Took all of 15 minutes

ETA its like as soon as i added the ohhb, my hair foamed white, then the gel made it stand out more.

So that's just OHHB + Eco? Or did you add the CIAB?

Yeah I smoothed some after applying the OHHB& Eco. My hair feels soft at the roots and the tips a little crunchy but I have heavy frizz already, which I really dont mind because I fluffy my hair usually the next day to break up that piecy look.

I have a feeling I used less eco styler than yesterday. YesterdayI might have used like a dime size per section, plus no leave in left the hardness

I might have mussy hair in the morning.

OHHB turns my hair white too. I have to use it with something to "clear" it or I will have white head all day.

Hmm.. you havent been outside, so I can't even call glycerin's name (OHHB)

You didnt look frizzy yesterday, so maybe Eco + one thing on top? Next time, try just ECO and CIAB. Like whatever you used that 1st day of Eco to a nickel size of CIAB per section.

NCC, I love CIAB , its a nice finisher.

ok so im crunchy on the ends today, not as bad as yesterday though. My hair is still damp at the roots lol, gotta love how long it takes to dry. I'm going skating later so i know its going to morph later in the evening due to me sweating. I have no plans for the weekend , so I will be playing in my hair as usual.

I need to either henna , rhassoul clay , or ayurvedic treatment. Just need to pick one.

So if I want to do a true GO with a wash and go I can't circumvent some of the shrinkage. I want to try the Galicia leave in pudding and fey that naturalist suggested.

Nope. Shrinkage comes with it. There are some people that can band their wash n go after it dries and sleep on that overnight to give it some stretch, but I cant. Leaves all types of dents in my hair. I figured out Galicia is likely Califia, but what's fey?

Sorry my baTtery died on my computer and am writing on phone that is incorrectly reading my mind. I meant califia and fsg. It came out lovely by he way. I just went ahead and pineappled my hair and drove to work with the window rolled down lmao

I am so loving this thread...very informative. Thanks so much for sharing! I will used Oyin Honey hemp as a leave in with Shine and define as a cream with Uncle funky's daughter curly magic after sealing with Quements OHHB. I am on day four hair....it worked well!

ok so i was reading a post by SBB and used some of her methods for a trial run with this jane carter condition and sculpt. I dont like how watery this stuff is so i will be trying this method again but with another curling product

I cowashed , then oil rinsed, then conditioned my hair, rinsed the conditioner out, then added my leave in and added a little nourish and shine on my ends, then added the condition and sculpt. I give this method 5 napps up, next time i will skip the oil rinse though as I only do those every now and again.

My hair isnt as crunchy, matter of fact, its just a light hold, my hair is frizzy in the front but thats simply because i didnt smooth this stuff in. it was hard to work with because its so watery.

Tomorrow i will try the final step with a gel instead.

I have no idea why I keep buying ish when it keeps me from trying the stuff I have.

So. after 8 mths of keeping my Mozeke WAC in the fridge, I decided to do flat twists at the crown and let the rest of the hair out. To the free hair I used Zipporah Beauty's Vanilla Mint Moisturizing Serum and then the WAC. shingled through with the tangle teezer...

and oh my DAYUM!! These curls are so defined, shiny and soft! I sprayed Nunu's JuJu mist on before tying it down, but WOW!

smh girl that condition and sculpt had my hair so tangled, last night I had to rewash and condition it, then do twists for a twist out.

I was HOT, plus im waiting on my shidanaturals that was sitting at the post office today just calling my name

Tomorrow night its on an popping.

I could have throw that darn bottle out the window. My hair was so tightly coiled.
