ok so I think I really like this Cream/Detangler. I have never used anything like this. When I say that, I mean the texture of it. Its like a frothy creamy substance.
It makes a great leave in and next day hair refresher ,however I have to add it to soften my hair up after my hair is fully dry.
The gel I think is an enhancer, like what flax seed does for me.
I put on some curly meringue last night after shampoo'n, then layered the curl cream over it, instant clumpage. When my hair dried, I applied a light amount of cream/detangler over it and my hair feels nice.
Im going to have to invest in a diffuser next week. I cant keep waiting for my hair to dry so long.
I really want to purchase this cream detangler again but I cant fully get down with using parabens on a daily basis

I sent an email off to ask about the parabens in the moisturizer/detangler. this stuff was really outstanding but good lord why does it have to have parabens in it?

Awesome!
I've tried Shida Naturals products. The gel was ok. It left white residue on my hair when I tried to wash n go but i do use it to slick my edges down when I use up dos. It doesn't make my hair feel like it's going to break.
The detangler/leave in is THAT BOMB DIZZLE! Sorry. I get excited when I try something that detangles my hair really well. I was so pleased and happy with this product. I saw her stand at the Baltimore Hair Expo and decided to try all of her products. This is by far my favorite product I've ever bought from a non-commercial company. You will be happy with this ladies. I am a fine haired mix of 4b and a little 4a.
I also bought the spray. I use it everyday.

Thanks ladies! I will. The gel dried a tad crunchy but a head shake helped out. The dew is 30 so I was a litltle nervous with glycerin as the secon ingredient in the gel but it's holding up well.
Yeah, the detangler is so nice. Thanks to you I'm mad now. LOL!

Update: still looks good today but it stiffened back up somehow by the nightfall. Sleeping on it helped as an sotc, but in the morning my hair seemed dull and still a little wig like. I put some BBB hair oil on the crown.
Maybe I was too heavy handed with the gel. I'll retry it at another point.

I picked up half a jar of the gel on the swap table at my local natural hair meetup. I haven't had a chance to try it yet, but I'll post a quick review when I do.

Thx naturalista, I really want to try her products, but its a little pricey. So, Im wondering if its worth it. I definately want her to cut my hair! Did you see Ivycharlaines review? Shida hooked it up!

No I haven't, but I will say that one can't go wrong cutting hair and starting fresh. You'll like your curls better for it.

I'm living proof! Yes, I lost significant length, but my hair DRASTICALLY improved. It was so worth it. If I had one it earlier, I'd be farther ahead now.
But...no regrets. It's all good.

I have a few inches of heat damage in the front, and a few pieces in the back on one side. But the rest is ok, I dont want to have to take off 3inches because of a few sections. Shida did a great job on IvyCharlaine, Im hoping she does the same for me.
