Anyone still using these products? Any new reviews or changes (have been on youtube as well)?

Long story short, she overcharges for shipping and sent products unprotected in large uninsulated envelopes. Parts of my order went unfulfilled without updates or notices of shipping. Poor communication with the seller, and she lives in the state next door charging almost thrice the shipping costs, and not shipping flat rate (cause she claimed it was a weight issue).
She's a shoddy entrepreneur. Her character? Not so great IMO. It's sad, bc she makes an awesome product. I can't let that ish stand though. Absolutely not. That dog ain gon hunt!

I keep looking at that detangler.... but uh.. maybe not now.
I chose one 16oz detangler and went to the cart just to see what the shipping would be. $6. Not bad. But again it was only one product in the cart.. the only one that intrigues me.

I wasn't going to say anything but you know what
I hope someone is reading this and takes heed. Your business will rise or fall by customer service.
How you treat your customer base is THE MOST important aspect of customer service.
If you have grown so much that you need to hire folks to keep up do so. if you have your hand in too many pots, make a decision on what is more important to you, a great product or a pissed off customer base.
When I first bought this leave in cream/detangler every jar was brimming and full to the top. The jar itself felt lightweight but no matter the times I ordered it, I would open the jar and be able to use what was on the lid before even dipping into the jar. Now the stuff barely is at the fill level.
IT took me filing a paypal dispute to get my order after a sale. Mind you, I didnt even order during the sale, I ordered after the sale. The dispute could have been avoided if
1. A reply to my email was made
2. A notice was on their Social Media sites stating a delay
3 Their shipping policy had an notice that during/after sales there would be a delay.
Not only did my items come wrapped in an envelope but instead of having their 16oz jar ooo, they sent me ONE 8 oz jar. By this time the dispute was closed so I had to email the company to inquire about my missing jar.
A week later, I get a Paypal email with a shipping notice, I receive my missing jar and not one note of apology or anything.
Is the company obligated to do so no , but it sure would have been nice to see one.
When you know better, you do better. When youve had better, you expect better.

I will never order from her now. I almost caved, but after reading how she rips folks on shipping...and the other shim shammery that followed, I decided not to.

^^^Clearly @ the above! Wow very disturbing...could have the best of products but the fastest way of falling oh so quickly is: POOR CUSTOMER SERV! Word spreads fast...want the success but don't want to bust their hiney to get it! Thank you ladies for letting potential consumers know the GOOD, BAD & the UGLY!

Sorry that happened to you too Shawny...
This is why minus a few tried and trues I can't mess with too many folks. When local BSS got yo butt beat on CS, then it's time to step off.

That's awful, but in her defense about the product being filled to the brim. That may be the case of her simply not weighing the product before filling the order. I used to make lotions, and when I made them for friends and family....I would be too lazy to weigh the amount that I put in the jar and would just fill it to the brim. So it could be the case that you were getting extra product when it was filled to the brim and now she's actually weighing it. That's still bad on her part, but worth mentioning i think. Most 8oz bottles and jars hold more than just 8oz so if it was filled to the top when you got it you more than likely were getting about 9 oz to 10 oz and were just accustomed to it.
