I haven't achieved such nice results WITHOUT HAVING TO USE A GEL/CREAMY GEL since using AV's Hemp Seed Butter. Now I will say that I needed to refresh the moisture on the 3rd day of my twists, so I didn't achieve maximum moisture like with QB products, so this will be an area where personal mileage may vary.

Only thing PBN is missing for me is a cream to compliment the butter. The Sapote is a good leave-in, but I need something else before using the cupuacu butter to insure lasting moisture.

I think they are worth trying at least once. I was disappointed that my products didn't smell much like Tahitian Vanilla at all, so hopefully this time around, they will be scented better. I'm getting another Sapote Lotion, 2 Cupuacu Butters and maybe try the Amazon Hair Butter.
That's so wierd. My bottles of the moisture milk and the sapote lotion are conpletely different from yours. My sapote lotion has a very thin consistency, I'd say about the same as bee mine's daily conditioner. My moisture milk is very thick. In fact I struggle to get it out of the bottle, the consistency is similar to mozeke's detangle me conditioner befor she added a pump. Hmm... I wonder if she mixed up my two bottles since most people say the sapote is supposed to be the thicker one.

Are the Oyin Hair Dew and the PBN Sapote lotion comparable? I was thinking that they would be pretty similar but I can't say for sure since I haven't gotten my sapote lotion yet. They're both lotiony right? I'm trying to move away from Oyin so I'm hoping I like the sapote lotion just as much or better than the hair dew.

My sapote lotion and cupuacu combo stopped working and then I clarified and it started working again. That was about 2 weeks ago. I ordered and received the full sized versions and my hair just isn't responding to it anymore even after clarifying like last time. It seriously sucks because I really do want staples or at least things that keep my hair moisturized for a day. I'm kinda done with my high porosity hair. I ordered some Aubrey Gpb so hopefully that helps somewhat and the combo works once I get some protein in my hair. I also ordered some kyras ultimate indulgence( hemp conditioner and cupuacu cream) and liitle penguins stuff( fresh cream, sweet cream, and she gave me a generous sample of the vanilla and honey smootie and a small sample of her pom) Sorry I had to rant y'all

Have you tried any Curl Junkie? CJ seems to do quite well with the highly porous. Makeupvixen/Tastredbone and Empressri have porous hair so maybe their reviews could help you. The Sapote lotion is kinda light which is why I love it. My hair porosity is very low.
