Default Best Hair Milk

I'm ready to try a hair milk but am only familiar with Carol's Daughter, any recommendations on other hair milks or feedback on CD?

I've tried My Honey Child's Hair Milk, it was ok, I used the entire bottle but didn't feel the need to rebuy it because its too expensive

The CD milk did nothing for my hair so I reluntant to ever try a milk again. But in the BOGO sale at Walgreens I bought the Shea Moisture Hair Milk that's in their Coconut Hibiscus line and I love it. When I was on vacation in Nashville I by Walgreens and found the SM Yucca and Aloe milk for growth and thickness. I actually like it a little more am afraid to fall too in love. From what I understand it's only sold in limited locations and I can't find it where I live.

Darcys Botanicals peach kernel milk
Alba Botanica LI conditioner (more like a milk. It's a dead ringer for the kbb hair milk before the formula change)
SheaM coconut and hibiscus style milk
brown butter beauty sweet detangling milk
Bee mine dejas hair milk (light formula, but nice)

Those should be enough to start. Hth!

On the Carol's Daughter...it smells nasty and dried my ends out after a few days.

Try...
Donna Marie Cocoa Hemp Buttermilk
Oyin Hair Dew (it's like a milk to me)

I second BBB sweet detangling milk BUT it only works on soaking wet hair.

Enso naturals has a hair milk. Haven't tried it. Everyone's flipping out over Pura Body Naturals milk and leave-in. Haven't tried those either.

Claudie's hair revitalizer has a new Satin restoring leave-in with keratin amino acids and collagen that looks very good. On my list to buy. HTH

Oh no I hope there wasn't a recent sale! I love the Shea Moisture Shampoo and have been wanting to try something else, I'm going to have to check online for sales to make sure I don't miss one again. I can imagine it's nice because I love the shampoo, especially the Yucca and Aloe. Hmmm, I'll have to see if they have any in my area. Thank you!

I forgot that KBB had a hair milk, I'm making a list of all of these to compare in price. I heard good things about the KBB Milk so I'm adding the Alba Botanicals to my list to price as well as the Shea Moisture.

I've never tried anything I haven't liked from Oyin's, when you say its like a milk is good for slip and detangling? That's what I would to use it for.

I've never heard of Claudie's but it sounds good, I always love anything with keratin. I've been wanting to try Pura Naturals out so I'll add that to the list to compare also.

And I just ordered from Enso Naturals for the first time a few weeks ago! Everything sounded so good that I wanted everything. I ended up getting the Marshmallow Root Twisting Pudding, Olive & Honey Hydrating Hair Butter, Healing Herbal Moisturizing Hair Tea and Sweet Honey Hibiscus Leave In Conditioner. I'm anxious to try them out. I must have overlooked the Hair Milk though, have you tried it?

right now I am lovin' KBB hair milk, Darcy botanicals Peach kernel hair milk, and of course all the milks in the Shea Moisture line. I like the Yucca one the best so far. I use them to refresh second, third and even FOURTHday hair! I scrunch the milk of my choice in prior to the shower, and put on a shower cap. The steam really helps it sink in. When I get out, I use a bit of light oil to seal, and I am on my way! Soft, moisturized coils all day. Repeat at night. HTH!

WHAT!!! 4th day!!??!! Ok now I'm sold lol! And thank you for sharing how, I would have just added it without the shower cap and oil, especially not repeating at night. I'm going to make a point to try this tomorrow since I know my hair will be needing it in the morn, I'll have to improvise since I don't have a hair milk just yet.

I just checked it out online after you mentioned it, the prices aren't bad at all! I like that it has Aloe Vera Juice too.

Thank you! I narrowed it down to trying the Shea Moisture Hair Milk or the Oyin Hair Milk. I like the prices of both and how they sound and they were both suggested enough times to let me know they have to be good. I can't wait to try, I can't believe I have yet to even try a hair milk.
