Default HAIR EMERGENCY Heat damage...how can I repair?

I blow my hair out twice a month on average. I've noticed my hair has become curlier but it is also shedding...coming out in groups of strands when I comb or when I gently pull the ends. I'm figuring that I have heat damage. What steps do I need to take to have healthy natural hair?

Hi,

Depending on how bad the damage is you may have to cut it to be honest. There is really nothing to "repair" heat damage. I would considering using a moisturizing deep conditioning treatment regularly immediately.

Before cutting your hair it may be a good idea for you to visit a trichologist for a consultation and diagnosis.
