Hit:
Christine Gant Babassu Butter Love DC. The hype is well deserved. I'm sorry I slept on this one. I've used her detangler before, and her hair butter. But this is her flagship product! It's one of the best conditioners I have EVAH used...and I've used a lot. Y'all know.

Zuresh Get It Wet
Fabulous, fabulous moisturizer for twists/locs. I mean....really. I know I already mentioned it, but it deserves a second mention.

Prelim Hit:
Deity of Hair Plant Shampoo for Hair Loss
I used this today, and I didn't shampoo twice, and I left it in for a few minutes...probably not five, because I'm just like....no. I'll need to use it over time to see what it does. Now that all my color/heat damaged hair is gone, I don't lose much hair. When I detangled, there was ONE hair I saw in the comb. One.

Hits: elucence moisture benefits shampoo - rivals my con and smells a billion times better.
Elucence moisture balancing conditioner - I used to use this when my hair was shorter, but stopped because of the paraben and I was more into natural products then. This stuff is bomb.

BFN creme brulee on wet/damp hair. Would not absorb and my hair wouldn't dry.

NEA, What about the Zuresh Detangler? Have you tried it yet? I'm sold on the Get It Wet.

Yep...it's great too. I don't use products to define curls, so I used it as a leave-in, underneath the Ginger Citrus Loc and Twist Butter...which is just yummy! I used the detangler on damp hair....I used a fair amount and it totally softened and detangled my rough patch of wiry hair at my crown. The texture of the loc and twist butter....awesome. It's rich and smooth...easy to work into the hair, without having to emulsify it in the hands first.

I'm doin' a Zuresh haul...next payday.

You guys should start a Zuresh thread if there isn't one already. BTW, I looked at her products on her site. My only complaint is that she doesn't outright list ALL of the ingredients. Why do I have to read thru five paragraphs of text to try to figure out what's in her stuff.

Why didn't you like the design essentials?
My stylist used it on me to do a WNG and it just left my hair hard and crunchy. There wasn't much curl definition either, but that is probably more because of my hair type and not the product.

GVP Conditioning balm- I love how this just melts my tangles after letting it sit for a couple of minits.

Proclaim curl activator gel- Nice light hold that is good for everyday use if I so wish.

Semi Hits
My new wide tooth comb- Works very well for detangling, but I feel like I need another additional smaller tooth but not fine toothed comb for deffinition and getting rid of shed hair.

Misses
The weather! I haven't found the perfect gel to go on top of my proclaim. And my hair turns really fluffy and big when the dews are high.

Christine Gant Rhassoul ACV shampoo bar. Made my hair super dry and didn't clean my scalp at all. Had to grab my clarifying shampoo to clean my scalp. Thank goodness it was a free sample. In the garbage...
