Hmm, that may be why. I got mine in at 12:02 and I think a lot of people tried to get their orders in early. Didn't they sell out in like 2 hours?

I believe did...when I ordered I ordered everything I wanted including the new twisting cream. I don't know but its cool...I'm used to waiting for Qhemet plus the twisting cream won't **** for another 2 weeks

Lol why'd they bleep out "ship".
But yea, whenever Qhemet Biologics has a sale people flock to it and buy up errythang. Thats why I was anxious about getting my order in early because I knew if I waited even a little bit I would have to wait even longer for my order. At least they're not slacking like other companies

That happened to me once and I let Qhem know. She replaced the gel within the week, so I ended up with 2 gels, even if the first one was spilt.

I open it and it's still pretty full. So I'm going to say that she gave me extra and it was the extra that spilled 
I'm still thinking of messaging her because I'm a really impressed with how fast it got here. So impressed an my wet hair absorbs it really well unlike KCCC. I'll see how it looks when it's out and dry
