Hask??? :-S
It is such a coincidence that you asked this question. I was talking about this very same product just yesterday. I was telling my co-worker how it good it was and she advised me against using anything with placenta because of my 'condition' (I have a history of ovarian cysts; I currently have several of them on my ovary).
She went on to explain that while they may work wonders on your hair, anything with placenta is not good for the body because of the hormones that they contain. This may explain where all these cancer rumours may come from.
I had been using it consistently for years and I loved the way it worked on my hair. It really did strenthen & did a good job at preventing furthur breakage. What a shame.
As a result of our little talk, I know for sure that I will not EVER be using this product again. As they say back home in the islands: "Where there is smoke, there is fire." There may be no solid proof that these things cause growths or cancer but I am not taking any chances. My health is more important. I am going to throw that product in the trash as soon as I get home!
