Default Aubrey Organica GPB Condish everyday?

So....I thought that my hair hated protein. But it seems that my hair loves it in the warmer months. This morning, I used Aubrey Organics GB Conditioner for a cowash and I loved it so much that I am thinking of using it every day.

I was wondering if anyone has had any luck using AOGPB every day as a cowash. (I know that everyone's hair is different and all). I was just curious.

Hey Kara, was just curious if ur still lovin this condish... I just bought some and can't wait to try it. I think my hair likes protein in the summer as well. I think I may have too much moisture for some of the humid days we've been having in the NE and may need something to pick my curls back up...

Hey!

I'm still loving it. I'm not using it everyday though.

I really wanted a protein condish that I could also use as a leave-in for wash n go's, and this wasn't it.

So, on the daily, I'm using DevaCurl One Condition. It has just the right amount of protein. Plus, there's glycerin in it, so I don't have to worry about protein overload.

I just went to re-up on it, and Ulta was sold out, so I got the DevaCurl One Condition instead. It's even more moisturizing and still has sone protein in it.

This may be an odd question but although it's a condish did you still need something with moisture after this? I tried it this morn as a cowash and just used KCKT as my usual LI... Yikes. I had that protein sensitive reaction, that dry, no curl, kinky hair comin-outta-the-woodwork thing goin on and I was kinda disappointed. I previously thought I had a protein sensitivity but have recently been using AOHR as a cowash and then just using KCKT as my LI and it was working great. I was under the impression that AOHR had protein in it. Then I read on the boards that there is not really a significant amt at all.
So sorry this is so long... Was just wondering what you do after you cowash with it? And how did it work as your leave in because you said you didn't like it?
I also read that whenever you use something as a "protein pick me up" that you should you somehing to DT afterwards....

It's so funny.

After I use AOGPB, I use KCKT as a leave-in. Ive been using it for years, but lately I feel like my leave-in should have a bit of protein in it. I didn't think that AOHSR had protein in it either. Normally, if I'm not sure, I look products up on the naturally curly site. I am learning about products and ingredients every day.

After I do a protein boost, I normally DC afterwards...usually with something like Curl Junkie Curl Rehab. You don't have to, but I'd rather have hair that's too soft instead of hair that's too hard.
