Did you email her about it? If you got a tracking number on Wed. then it shouldn't have shipped until the next day,

I have emailed her about it, and apparently she has already shipped out my order and it was supposed to be here yesterday or today. It was a USPS problem. I'm really glad she clarified and she was really sweet about it. my faith in bask as well as my patience has been restored. It's just a few days- i can wait patiently... well I'll attempt to anyways lol.

Honestly, I just had a big mishap with USPS and their shipping policies are not to be trusted. They just messed up 4 different shipping situations in a matter of 2 months (all going and coming from different places) for me -- Priority taking 2 weeks, packages being returned to sender even though addressed correctly, packages being missent up north but addressed to Florida, and the post office just plain out keeping a package of baked goods (I personally think jokers ate it). All of this happened and NO ONE had a reason why it happened or wanted to refund what I paid for service which never occurred....and these are people in the corporate office who only responded after a BBB complaint. Took too much common sense reasoning, but I got refunded after basically exposing that USPS has no form of accountability. They had no recourse/explanation when I asked about that.
Needless to say, USPS is NOT reliable and I refuse to ship anything using them. I despise them so much that I want to sell my stamps.
Long story short, if a package is ever sent to me by a company using USPS, I will have no mercy if it gets lost.

Yeah. Belle Butters has put up a Facebook notice that USPS are giving them trouble too. I'm hoping that's why my tracking says my items are still in the USA when my money was taken on the 16th of Feb.

Just got my bask package today.
Opened up the body scrub:
Smelled amazing. Smells sort of familiar but I can't put my finger on what it is.
Opened up the condensed custard:
I got that one in the pineapple ginger scent. It smells heavenly. Not very strong but it smells really nice.
Opened up the whipped custard:
OMFG.  I got this one in the Lemon beignet scent. OMFG OMFG. And the consistency of the product is amazing. Even fresh from the cold it feels smooth and creamy and delicious. I put a dollop on my arm and my arm feels amazing. My fingers smell amazing. This scent right here is A-FCUKING-MAZING!!!
For the whipped custard and condensed custard I got the two pack sampler and I'm so glad she gave me the whipped custard in the lemon beignet scent because this one is 4oz.
I'm gonna go take a bath now.

I got my order as well. Got a full size whipped custard in the mint marshmallow scent (still have the 4oz sample to finish), and the Muscado Vanilla and Pecan Sugar Sorbet. This stuff smells awesome!

Got my package today and, listen..
this truffle butter balm, smells like a brownie.. straight up.
this dang cocoa nibs and banana sugar sorbet? Idk what it smells like but I want to taste it..
I had to stop myself from smelling it cause my mind always says "go ahead, just a lil taste.." I even read the ingredients to see if it was safe -_-
the condensed custard smells delightful too, its not greasy at all.. amazing
first impressions = A+
I hope she has a Easter Sale..

I probably won't be repurchasing any of the hair products (maybe palm tapioca and the java bean and honey ), but the body creams-- I have to.

OMG!!!!
I absolutely LOVE the PALM TAPIOCA CREAM!!!! I should have got three Jars at the WNHS. But that's okay. I'll pay for shipping, heck may even drive down to Macon to get some more!!!

I have to agree. The Palm Tapioca is excellent. Honestly, this is probably the solution to The Qhemet Problem for me. Sad it took me this long to check this line out.
The java pomade smells really good, but I haven't used it much yet.
I need to try some of her body products.
I have a sister in Macon, so many possibilities there.
