Bask Product Line

I'm on my last jar of whipped custard. It's not as moisturizing as it used to be for me, but that's probably just because it's cold and dry here.

Sad the size decreased. I'll likely still buy.

4a, mbl, low porosity, normal thickness, fine hair.
OMG this is my first time trying BASK, my lwaaard these stuff smell goood. I think I am may be hooked already.

Question? Have these items gone down in size? I am asking as I am sure I saw reviews and the size was larger if my memory serve me well.

I love her new website. Her stuff is professional. That is how you grow a company. Quality products and good customer service. I was on a no-buy but if she has new stuff, I will try it out.

I bought all the new products and restocked other items. I am really looking forward to trying the hair soak. She needs to come out with a hair cleanser next.

I haven't purchased yet, but I did win in her giveaway samples of the Vsnilla Whiskey Hair Soak and the Orange Curaçao body butter. They are both just as fabulous as the rest of her products. Idk where she comes up with this stuff. The soak is AWEsome. She gave me a 4 oz which will last a while. You don't need much. Make sure to detangle your hair PRYOR to using. This is a protein treatment. That's another reason it will last long. You won't use it as often. But my hair came out shiny and slick upon rinsing out. Good product.

The body butter is nice. Even the bf likes it. The scent is not so fruity since the curaçao is added to it. And it really is a butter unlike her whipped and condensed custards. This one emulsifies into an oil. As usual, it stays on for a long time like the others. I only got a 1 oz of that, so I will be repurchasing.

Keep in mind, she won't be at the Atlanta hair show this year like last year. So jump on this sale. I hate it because I raked up last year. The whole hair care line for about $50.

I used the hair soak it last night and it didn't disappoint:

Consistency-Thick like a body butter

Smell-Smells like olives and a little bit of vanilla in the background. I love olives and the smell is not overpowering, so I'm okay with it.

How I used it-After washing I sectioned my hair and distributed the hair soak. It spread very easily and I didn't need a lot. I then put on a plastic cap and sat under my bonnet dryer for 40 minutes.

Results- After I rinsed it out my hair was so buttery soft. My curls were popping too. The olive smell was faint to me and I didn't really notice it, especially when I added my styling products. I loved how my hair felt and it was much better then the Aubrey Organics GPB conditioner. Detangling was a breeze. I probably could have gotten away with not using a leave-in conditioner.

Cons-The only thing I did not like was scooping the product out of a jar. I feel like I could be contaminating the product since my hands were wet. In the future I will probably scoop out my portion in a smaller container. I do this with mostly all hair products that are in a jar.

Overall-This was a wonderful protein treatment that I could see being on my HG list. One jar would probably last me months so having to buy online is not too bad. Before I buy more I am going to use it again next month just to make sure I get the same results. I don't doubt I will have any problems.
