^^^no confusion on your part: you clearly stated that was what Rashida said and it was indicated as a rinse out treatment in our instructions.

I received my black friday body items and everything smells GREAT.
I already have a 4oz sample of the YAM nectar so in a few I will put my sample 2oz up on the blog for a 24 hour random giveaway

I received my sampler. I was hoping to get the y.a.m. as a sample, but got the truffle body bar instead. I am ok with that because it smells divine along with everything else. Seriously, how can you focus on doing your hair when it smells soooooo good. Imma steam with the bark today and use the other products to style...cant wait to see the results.

I purchased two sampler boxes on BF (one as a gift for Mom), I got a YAM sample and I can't wait to try it...I didn't realize it wasn't out yet until I went on the BASK site to try and see the cost and couldn't find it. Based off the reviews the test ladies gave...I am excited and ready...I really like this line overall (not that I have tried much) but they will more then likely become a go to line for me...
Also anyone who got the scalp serum...have you used it as more of a scalp treatment (I don't know the word I'm looking for)...but I have a very funny scalp and I want to massage this on my scalp directly to see if it will relieve it (at times when it is out of control)...I don't know if that make sense...but oh well...
Which to try first CJ Rehab or BASK YAM?!?

I agree with everybody else who said the cacao bark is ok. I liked it, but prolly wouldn't repurchase as CJ Rehab is better for me.
I loooooove the fact that the butters work on both wet and dry hair. And since there is no shea in them, it easily absorbs in my hair either way.
Now the java bean and honey pomade? That is well on its way in being one of my main tricks on the stroll. I mean I'm a talking the smell, texture, and results are excellent. I say my twists are looking the bomb Gina. If my hair looks this good tomorrow, then imma have her working the stroll with my head trick, Terresential.
eta: boo to y'all bragging about the y.a.m.!

I'm sayin... I pay good money for them. I give them a nice shelf at room temperature, keep them from getting mildew by not getting water on them. I need them to do what they do and make mama look pretty...

Ya'll that y.a.m is the truth. I didn't wanna rinse it out my hair felt amazing but I know to get optimum results it's best to follow directions. I am in love with this stuff. The caocao bark was o.k but elucence works better for me. The sevenfold butter is another keeper along with the palm tapioca hair cream but that y.a.m nectar has me ordering the java pomade and the sweet mana serum(hoping to get another sample of y.a.m).

Guess everybody but their mama got the y.a.m. except me
I am very pleased with these products. The first pic is my hair after being let out from being banded and the second one is second day hair pulled in a bun. The shine is the same after day 2 without reapplying any product. I will definitely be reordering the java and perhaps the tapioca, so I will wait until January.

To the ladies that used the Palm Tapioca did you use a leave in underneath? When I used it for a twist out I just used the Tapioca and the Java Bean Pomade. My hair looked great but it wasn't moisturized at all and it was hella shrunken. The way the Tapioca melted in my hair I just knew it was going to have my hair feeling luxurious. Maybe I need to use it over top my usually leave in which is Komaza's Shea Butter Lotion or Oyin Hair Dew.
