I went to one of my local targets and they still don't have it out. I am praying that they have it available Sunday. I am so excited.

I have to get mine on Monday cause there is no bus service on Sunday
Hopefully they'll have some left by the time I get there, it seems every natural in the area is going to be at target this week lol

I went to Target to see if they had the new gel. I saw the sign for it, but the shelves were bare. There was plenty of CES though.

Went to my local Walgreens in Westchester...no dice yet. None in the Mt. Vernon Target either...may have to check online....but I am so not happy about the glycerin!

I live in Cleveland so I got it from target in the steelyard. I tried it today and it feels JUST like flaxeed gel :-) I like it. Smells just like the curl enhancing smoothie :-) but it's 11.99 & not 9.99 like the other products. I'm still going to keep my pink ecostyler gel though, I also love that stuff too!

Hi, lurker here. Can one of you who've purchased the product post a texture shot please? I'm interested in this gel but I don't want to go out of my way (the target next to me doesn't carry shea moisture) just to realize that it isn't what I'm looking for in a gel. Thank you

Wonder if the Walgreens near my job possibly has this stuff today? Im not thrilled with the glycerin so high on the list with the winter months fastly approaching before we know it, but the other ingredients seem good. Im also interested in what the texture looks like. That will be my litmus test on whether I think this may be a good gel for my braids since I don't really do wash-n-gos.
If they don't have it, then i'll hit up the BOGO sale and finally get some of the Purification Mask to try : )

DFW - I found some at the Target on 75 and Haskell (Cityplace Shoopping Center). There was none in Cedar Hill or at the one at Wheatland and IH 20.
Facebook - the gel is not available in Walgreen's yet. Some people are saying the gel is mixed in on the shelves with the curl smoothie.
I know this better be GOOD because going to 3 Targets in 100+ degrees..........*sigh*

Elle did a review on her blog.
Quest for the Perfect Curl
Her hair didn't like it but I think mine will LOVE it since it eats up oil and glycerin.

I may be late to the party, but did anyone notice that Target has increased the price of some of the stylers for SM? ...to $11.99...a matter of fact the Souffle rang up $11.99, but I told the girl at the cash register it was suppose to be $9.99 so she changed the price. (other items I saw for $11.99 Y&B Milk, and the two newer masques)...anywho...
I did a really quick test run on the product the other night when I bought it (washed may hair and did a wng)...it was really greasy and left my hair a little frizzy...I will keep it and try it later (I think it might be nicer for me in the fall/winter)...
It looks like a gellie, but, at least the jar I got, when I actually put my fingers in it it was more resistant then I expected...
For me the verdict is still out...

I love their Pure Clean Gel. Really does wonders for my curls. I'm interested in what this SM gel will do.
For those of you who have tried it, how much was it selling for?

I like that the shea butter is a little lower on the list, because that's what's been affecting my hair with the curl enhancing smoothie - my hair currently does't like too much shea butter.
