Listen to YOUR HAIR!! Just like your body, you know what your hair needs. People are so tied up with what CG or what's "bad". Then we wonder why our hair has issues. We stopped using what worked because someone said it was "bad". But it worked... So.... What was the problem again?

If you never had an issue, why'd you stop using it? If it doesn't work YOU know first. No one has to tell you. I actually read posts of people saying "everyone says this is supposed to work but it doesn't WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?" NOTHING!!!! The product just doesn't work for you!! But the stuff you use to use did. GO BACK TO IT!

Listen to you. Not them. They 'on't know you.

We have miracle hair, we don't need miracle products. Keeping it simple is easy. It becomes complicated when we think we need special products to get great results.

Learn the Process to care for our hair is 101, don't take the class in the last semester of the forth year.

It's best to detangle hair when damp -not soaking wet or completely dry- because it helps give it slip. If you come across a tangle don't pull cuz you'll only regret it later!!! Instead work in some more conditioner (which you should be using to help detangle anyway) and maybe a little oil to loosen the knot. It should slip right out.

Also I find twisting my hair and then dusting my scraggly ends works better to let me determine how much I need to cut as well as how control I have with each snip.

Lastly always remember conditioner is your best friend. She will never forsake your hair or leave it dry if you let her Now you just gotta figure out if you like her thin and watery, thick and creamy or just plain deep lol
