Also, because I think some vendors check the boards, I am gonna say I would reallllly appreciate it if Darcy's Botanicals and Pooka Pure and Simple came...

That was quite the black out...

I have 56 total with 19 definites...I am trying to be conservative and not disappoint myself if the discounts are not as deep as I would like...but who knows, shopping online does not test one as much as in person...Also, some venders I just could not find if they had actual hair products or were tees/health related/etc., facebook could only get me so far...haha

I've got about 20 vendors on my "must buy" list, so far. I'm lookin' for some awesome deals...no bald headed games.

I think I need to fine comb my list with this same mind set and get it down... I also need to read/find the ingredients on some of the ones I am not as strong about because I know what I am more likely or less likely to use...I am "style development" lazy - so some gels and stylers are just not gonna get used...

I want to come. How is parking? I would imagine there is a price to park and would it be a bad idea to bring a small child in a stroller? Im thinking too crowded right?

Last 2 years I have been I have gotten a good park. If you can put the small child in one of those chest carrier thingies do that. It is pretty crowded

My budget for products is no more that $600.00 and my budget for food is $25.00.

I'm kidding, I don't really have a budget but this trip is really based on what you want to spend. You factor in hotel and food and you have your budget. I will be spending a lot more than normal but I'm shopping for my daughter and her bff.

CK - I almost fell out with that $600 shopping and $25 food!!!! Hilarious!

B-Nessa - I was lucky because my co-worker's BFF lives in the ATL and is allowing us to stay w/ her, which saved on a hotel and car.

Consider how many meals you'll need for each day of your stay and try to price a hotel near the venue so you can save on a rental car if necessary. Of course, the sooner you book your flight the better. Definitley try to score a super low deal (maybe flight + hotel) on one of those bidding sites like Priceline.com.

As far as purchases at the event...well I guess it depends on how much of a PJ you are. I can't see my self spending more than $150 total on products, cute accessories, and other goodies buuutttt you never know. Trust me, there are women on this thread who will put me to SHAME w/ my measly $150 or so half-a$$ed budget!!

I just can't wait to meet the ladies Friday night for dinner and have some fun and lots of laughs before Saturday's madness begins!!!

Good luck BN and hope to see you there!

I looked at what I spent last year not factoring my hotel (I was in town on business).
I spent about $300 on products and accessories...there were great sales on products but the accessories weren't cheap. I also spent an additional $50 on extra baggage fees. My food for the 2 days was a mere $75.00 but I'm not hungry when I'm shopping
