Then I email you on the 24th asking why the shipping notification hasnt moved past shipping notification received

what kind of lying customer service do you have going on over there?? Just tell me theres a freaking delay and you didnt send it out yet. You send me an email saying its in route ??

This thread is reminding me that I got a shipping notification the other day. But I wasn't sweatin my product because I still have 1/4 of a jar left, plus my BASK Palm Tapioca does the same for me as the BF Creme Brulee. Checkin my shipping now!

OK I got a shipping notice on Wed 2/22, electronic shipping info received 2/23, accepted at sort facility 2/24, and now my package is only 3 hours away from me so I expect delivery Mon or Tues

Dam. The first 8oz creme brulee I ever ordered was in the bottle (which I had to cut open to use it all up).. still was in love with it.

My 2nd Creme Brulee order was a 16oz jar, and to me it was the same consistency and performed the same.

I will see what my 3rd Creme Brulee (16oz jar) looks like!

I just got my BF Creme Brulee. The jar Im finishing up has a firmer consistency. The new jar I just got is a creamier consistency. I think I will like the creamier consistency better. Will see how it does when I use it. The smell is still divine.

My hard earn, hard taxed money is not gonna be tricked from me.

The sad part is when I was ordering, I had a gut feeling to send it to our US home address, but I thought no I will get it send to me here as shipping was not too bad.

Wow. This is very unfortunate. I haven't had any problems ordering from them. I purchased on Black Friday and got my order about a week later. I expect that from small businesses, though.

But I do hope that everyone who has had a bad run-in gets their resolution expeditiously.

I'm having a hard time with this company. I ordered my items on Feb 23rd. Inquired on March 14th about my items and received an email apologizing for the delay. Owner said that my shipment will be going out on March 15th. On March 18th, I noticed that my tracking information would not move past "Electronic Information Received". Contacted USPS and they said they never received the items from the seller. Sent a email to the owner about, said they're opening an investigation, and that they're are sending me replacement items asap, they were backed up due to the valentine's day sale. If my items are not delivered by the past Saturday, please email her.

Items never arrived this past Saturday, on top of that, I asked for tracking number, no response, I also informed her that my items were not delivered, no response, sent yet another email and opened an complaint with Etsy about this matter and to this date...no fricking response.

Pissed isnt the right word. What I don't understand, if you're overwhelmed why not have a waiting list? Why not suspend/close up shop while you fulfill orders? Qhemet's and a slew of small natural hair companies do this, BASK as well. Why continue to accept orders if your backed up?
This is my argument every time!!! Bobeam for example has the amount "LEFT" available for sale. You can't purchase unless its restocked...which I can respect and love. Had this very same issue with Cream & Coco...they want that good ole dollar knowing what your purchasing isn't available, now you have to sit like a fool believing your products will be sent soon... While they never make you aware that its gonna take a million years for them to make and send to you... #greed

Apologies ladies, I forgot to update this thread, I got my money back through paypal. I had to file a dispute before I could get my money back. The company was not willing to refund as they claim they had send my goods out but was not able to provide any prove.
