I was just talking to a friend whose hair is a mess from flat ironing every day. I told her we women can't keep abusing our hair with heat, chemicals and unhealthy care practices then get upset with our hair because it isn't healthy and doesn't look good. When I started being good to my hair, my hair started being good to me.
