Thanksgiving: What's For Dinner?

Like Tree41Likes

From grandma's:
Roasted Turkey
Honey glazed smoked ham w/pineapple
Cranberry sauce
Dressing
Gravy
Collard greens
Corn bread
Sweet potato pie
Potato salad
Cherry pie
Moscato
Cherry coke
Macaroni and cheese
No sweet potatoes this year. Gram ran out after the pies.

I got stuck watching the kids (my little cousins) again, but they've gotten so big. Love my family even though they drive me crazy.

We'd have turkey casserole, turkey sandwiches, turkey by itself, etc. I love leftover ham with grits for breakfast, though.

Same here. This year there were about... 5 kids and 12 adults maybe. I this is small for us. My mom has 8 brothers and sisters, they're all married and everyone has kids. Plus my mom's aunts, uncle, and cousins... this is the usual gathering plus or minus.

Sent from my phone... which doesn't spell as well as I do.

LOTS of Alcohol and drinks.

As good as it was, I was kind of craving old fashioned Thanksgiving. The turkey was kind of shredded, so that didn't really count. I still want some turkey, gravy, cranberry sauce with stuffing. The jerk was made on the grill and that set.it.off. for the night though
So jealous of all of this Caribbean food! I seriously want to learn to make it.
