Listen to me Owner, I am going to need you to shampoo as follows (once a month with sulfate and weekly or bi-weekly sulfate free). Trying to co-wash none stop and especially with cones is not going to get you anywhere, but itchy scalp. Not every head of hair like co-washing continually, it just so happen that I am one of those head of hair that don't.

This is your last warning on the lack of shampooing, do it again and I will make you wish you were bald >.<.
