Tomorrow, I am supposed to get a Deva Cut at Fiddleheads in DC - Bloomingdale salon. I want a bob cut. I was told to come with clean, dry hair. Should I co-wash tonight, blow it semi dry on the cool cycle, let it air dry, then flat twist it until morning? Or should I co-wash in the morning and blow dry on cool a few hours before I go to appointment at 12. I need to leave @ 11.

Did I mention how nervous I am?

I saw a video on YT where a lady put a ponytail on top of her head and her friend cut straight across. I might do that.
I hate when people come on here and get their panties in a wad over over something somebody said years ago. most times that person isn't on the forum any more.

I DID IT!! I love the cut, although it is in a shrunken state which I hardly ever do. I will give a review in a few days when have stretched it out some.

Btw, I had to do a wash and go, so I did it this morning and it took about 3 hours to dry by standing in front of the fan and also using a diffuser.

LMAO. I saw what was being referred to a couple of minutes ago. She had me until she started tripping over things that were said 4 years ago.

3C/4A, fine texture, low-medium density, and low porosity?
CG since November 2013.

Pre-Poo: Coconut Oil overnight, or a greek yogurt mixture
Shampoo: Curls Cleanser and/or clarifier
Conditioner: trying out different Suave Naturals conditioners and GVP's leave-in conditioner at the moment
Styler: iagirl's super smooth flax curl cream. <3
PT: iagirl's gelatin treatment 3-4 times a month
DT: conditioner or yogurt base with honey and oil if the conditioner has none.
To make it worse she mentions herself how old the post is. I might could see if she didn't notice the date. Me thinks this is the owner or someone affiliated with the company who decided to do a google search of the business and should have just kept it moving when she saw the date instead of attacking the forum. Why else would she complain about people complaining about the prices and give a sales quote for raw virgin hair? No one else would take such offense or give so much detail on the market. .I can't stand when owners come on here "posing" and thinking we are too stupid to figure it out. Here's a clue. If your first ever post is an endorsements and you are very extra in promoting a product then you are considered highly suspect.
There was only ONE person who said anything that could have possibly been taken as bashing weave and she said she felt uncomfortable wearing hair that had been on someone else's head which is her opinion her business.I actually don't feel comfortable with it either so I only wear synthetic wigs. Also my business. Plus since when do you have to wear weave to be able to change your style every day? You can't tell me chick didn't come back to check for reactions. I wouldn't put it past her to create another account to post again since she has already vowed not to come back. . And I think we all know her "no one says anything about naturals" comment was a flat out lie.
Anywho as the old folks say "don't let the door hit you in the @#$ on the way out".
I would have reported the post as spam if you hadn't answered.

Other forums I'm on lock threads after 6 months to 2 years of inactivity to prevent this kind of cr*p.

Sometimes I wonder about the owners of this site.....
Well what the holy hell??? Yup probably someone affiliated with the company.

No, it had to do with virgin hair weave.
If you click on New Posts, it may still be at the top.

Notice the looser curls? The lower 1/3 of my hair in the back is like that. I had to cut it, so it would blend better. These tendrils won't stay tucked in.

The only thing I worry is my hair is twice as thick.
Looks nice Juana!
