Yes, many liquid foundations oxidize and change color a bit. The L'Oreal True Match that I tried out looked nice at first but later on it seemed to get more discolored by the day's end. I've had other iiquid foundations turn orange-y-red on me by end of day too.

I don't have ANY of those problems with mineral makeup..and I have acne prone skin. But I do avoid minerals with bismuth oxychloride though so in the bareMinerals line I ONLY use the Matte version. Meow Minerals, bareMinerals, and Everyday Minerals never any problem with colors changing on me. Yes, I use a concealer. I've been using the bareMinerals concealer and for me it works good as long as I use one of those dense concealer brushes and spot conceal with a heavy hand, but I find I do need a bit more for the under eye area because it get very greenish purple under my eyes when I don't get enough sleep. I'm still on the hunt for a great concealer..but I have this feeling that if I was to try a different shade of concealer in one of the mineral lines it would probably work. I've been hearing good things about Meow Minerals concealers. I heard if you get the right formula concealer in their line for your problems it can cover almost anything.

I've only ever tried their foundation...which was great but felt super drying on my skin. Now that I look back I just think I was using a sucky moisturizer and it threw the makeup off. Cause the color matches are great and it did blend easy. And I got absolutely no breakouts from it at all.

I use mineral makeup only and I just use some concealer under my eyes. I've always had pretty good skin but I think the mineral powder has improved it. Sometimes I go out without anything on.

Oh sheesh, y'all. 'Tis my phone.

A lot of comic book fans are the most racist and sexist men you will ever meet. When I heard about this story I was appalled to hear some of the comments on comic message boards.

It's also speaks volumes about double standards because when black characters magically change ethnicity you don't hear a peep from the masses.

And yes I am a comic book nerd
My husband and I are comic book lovers (have been since we were kids) and have an extensive collection. We go to Comic-Con every year and now have our 8 year old collecting too. I don't know.. I will say comic fans can be pretty sexist (thank goodness for Terry Moore) and I don't expect otherwise since most comic book writers, artists, inkers, etc are guys...but I guess I never thought of comic book fans being any more racist than the general public.. LOL!

I personally just can't see a black Spider-Man either..and I don't think that's racist. It's just like I couldn't see Storm or the Black Panther as being white. Those characters just seem like they should be the races they are.. like it would be "off" some how if they weren't. And most comic book fans I know don't like a lot of change. They get pissy if you cut a person's hair so changing a whole ethnic background I can see an uproar.

My co-worker is like that. As soon as I step into the lab she follows me around while I'm putting on my lab coat and gloves updating me on what she's done, what went wrong, etc... and at times she can be a close talker.

Many times I'll go to work and just hang out in the office for 15 minutes before going into the lab just so I can get a moment to myself.

Today is not a good day. I feel so bloated and lethargic and I just want to take a nap but I have class until 1:30 (been at school since 9) and work from 2 - 8...and I also hate my new job so....

I also agreed to go to dinner with my ex tonight...why would I do that??

Letting me know you want to cancel plans two hours beforehand when you knew that you couldn't make it two days ago???

Not cool.

Oh yeah!

But from what I read he only said he would have liked to play spiderman and a lot of folks went crazy over that saying pretty much "Why this n*gga wanna play spiderman".

And then when the Unltimate Spiderman character was killed "alternate universe Peter Parker" and was replaced by the half black half hispanic character all kinda hell broke loose. House of M and The Civil War series killed off a lot of characters and in instances replaced them (see Captain America) with other heroes. While fans were upset it didn't get any media attention as this dark spiderman character and I think for me that is what irked me.

And they wouldn't turn Storm or Black Panther white, but lesser known characters have been "whitified".

Viola Davis needs to burn her whole wig collection. I am all about people doing whatever they want with their hair, but homegirl looks like a super model with her short natural--- and 10 years younger. Glad she is feeling comfortable enough to rock that do' and hopefully it's permanent.

Also, I really hope Jessica Simpson is having twins. Her belly is ridiculous and looks like she has been 9 months for the past 4 months. That mess looks straight painful.

Oh.. wow. I didn't consider that she might be having twins. I was thinking she just took "eating for two" to mean two full grown adults! Because she gained an enormous amount of weight with this pregnancy.. and it looks incredibly uncomfortable but it must not be since she's teetering around in sky high shoes... IDK.

She did put on a lot of baby weight but she was glowing the entire time. I read somewhere she had a girl but I can't remember where I saw that.

LOL, that's why I said I hope. She has gained weight, but that belly... jeebus christ.

Is it a myth that you carry smaller on your first child? I am used to seeing first time moms with tiny bellies.

I don't think she had the baby ( babies? lol) yet. Of course, she will probably have today since I am talking junk about her.

I have no idea. I carried small...I was really sick during my pregnancy though and actually lost weight initially. Was my first and only child. Jessica's sister Ashlee didn't seem that big when she was preggers.. So I don't know maybe Jessica is having twins.

Yeah, that's the pic I saw and I was like. She used to be fairly petite, but even with the weight gain before the pregnancy, I would imagine that this is still a lot for her frame. She stays out and about though, so guess she has some great stamina. If I was holding all that, I would prescribe my own damn self to bed rest.
