Looks like she finally got her bad nose job altered from before..because last time I saw her.. the nose job was very pinched and awkward.. like this:
Pretty obvious to me she's had injections, nose jobs, lip corrections, and most likely a chin implant. Plus liposuction and tummy tuck. And CLEARLY she's had her skin bleached because she's like at least 3 shades lighter than she EVER was...but you can see earlier on she wanted to be something she wasn't with the super blonde silky wigs and baby blue contact lenses. I can recall her even saying she wanted to be "The black Pamela Anderson" years ago.
Eh.. I think Lil Kim and Nicki Minaj are jokes. Not impressed by either of them.

Hmmm... I think it's really difficult for people when they become a celebrity. Especially women. I think there is a lot of pressure to look a certain way and be closer to a certain size. I think nowadays a lot of celebrities of color are jumping on the bandwagon of trying to look a lot less of what they are like naturally. Left and right black celebrity women are having "work done". It seems almost a given to me if you are a black female and thinking of being a celebrity and you have a nose that is considered "ethnic" you'll be told to get a nose job..probably by an agent.
It's not desirable to have Lil Kim's natural features in music videos and in movies as leads. She knows that's a fact in the industry. I think she bought into that whole European standard of beauty BS a long long time ago though. And if she had had the money to change her look earlier besides just with the wigs and colored contacts she would have... I think A LOT of folks would if they had the money and opportunity. I mean come on.. "the black Pamela Anderson".. you couldn't get more far away from how Lil Kim was naturally.
ETA: Given..these days she looks like some weird cross between Beyonce, La Toya Jackson, and Charo.

Lil Kim's Hard Core cd was my isht. She was cute back then but now um not so much. I take her rapping over Nikki Minaj any day. Nikki would be cute if she didnt make such dumb fcuking faces. Nikki's rapping I can do without, she is garbage.

Yeah.. I can see she's pretty upset.
I guess there will be no "NC college" for 72 hours considering how it was handled. Next time I get outta pocket I'm going to have to cite that incident so that I can use my " why is there favoritism and special treatment ???" going on defense cause the precedence has been set. Clearly.

Need some advice from you wise ladies.
One of my assistants gave his 2 week notice and his last day is next Friday. While I'm sad to see him go, I am happy for him.
Sooooo, I find out today he may not even have a new job and gave notice in an effort to get me to counter the offer to get him to stay. I didn't...I accepted his resignation. Now I'm hearing he is going to ask to keep his job which I'm really not feeling. I already made plans for his depature. I don't play games with my money, to me him doing this is game.
I feel like if I allow him to stay he will try this isht again at some point and I need to focus on my business and not his tantrums.
Financially, I don't think he is in a position to be off work for an extended period of time and I feel bad but I also feel like his finances arent my problem.
Let him stay?

LOL! I already knew what it was going to be.. heck if the actual rules that are already in place aren't taken seriously... do you actually think some "new tools" are going to be regarded as anything special ? Like seriously ?
I mean it's like having a kid and letting them go buckwild from birth to 13. And then at 13 suddenly you want to pretend like you about to put your foot down. At that point they are sticking their middle finger up at you. So come on.. stuff is a joke. And certain vets know it and that's why they jump off how they jump off on the regular with the name calling when they get good and ready. And everyone around here knows what's up..even if it's not REALLY any special treatment for certain folks..that precedence has already been set. It is what it is.. so I feel like no sense in blowing smoke up my backside like I'm supposed to NOW buy this stuff is concrete. Pulllease.
